How SYNAMOTO handles data, what you agree to by using this site, and how to reach us.
SYNAMOTO collects minimal personal data. When you subscribe via Stripe, Stripe processes your name, email address, and payment information directly — SYNAMOTO receives only a confirmation of payment and the email address associated with your subscription, used solely to issue your cryptographic access key and respond to your creative input submissions.
When you contact us at [email protected] or reply to a subscription confirmation email, we receive the content of that message and your email address. We use this to respond to you and to shape the direction of the universe. Nothing else.
SYNAMOTO does not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or behavioral profiling tools. Cloudflare provides infrastructure-level access logs as part of serving the site — this is standard for any website served over Cloudflare and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your email address is used to deliver your subscription confirmation and cryptographic access key, and to receive your creative input. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party for any marketing or commercial purpose.
Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Stripe. SYNAMOTO does not store payment card data. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. If you are located in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what data we hold and to request its deletion.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain subscription email addresses for the duration of an active subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation. Email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us directly.
SYNAMOTO does not set first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management — this is a security measure, not a tracking tool, and does not collect personal information about your browsing behavior. Stripe sets cookies during checkout on Stripe-hosted pages, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
All content published by SYNAMOTO is AI-generated and cryptographically signed via C2PA Content Credentials at the moment of creation. Provenance records are publicly accessible at synamoto.com/provenance/. These records contain hash values, timestamps, and tool declarations — they do not contain personal data about any subscriber or visitor.
By accessing synamoto.com or any page under this domain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
All content published on synamoto.com — images, video, text, datasets, journal entries, schema declarations, and provenance records — is the intellectual property of SYNAMOTO. All rights reserved. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
All SYNAMOTO artifacts are AI-generated and cryptographically signed via C2PA. The declaration of AI origin does not diminish copyright ownership. SYNAMOTO asserts full ownership of all artifacts in the corpus from the moment of creation.
SYNAMOTO subscriptions are billed monthly at $7 USD via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Stripe — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Your cryptographic access key is issued once at the moment of initial payment. It is non-transferable. Do not share your access key publicly.
SYNAMOTO Studio engagements — including Tier I (Declared AI Persona), Tier II (AI-Augmented Creator), and Tier III (Full Digital Twin) — are governed by individual service agreements executed prior to any production work. The terms on this page apply to general site use only. Studio engagement terms supersede these terms of use for matters specific to studio work.
Tier III engagements require a written consent agreement under California AB 2602 and applicable EU AI Act provisions before any artifact is produced. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute consent or the start of an engagement.
SYNAMOTO is a declared AI universe. All images, video, and generated text published on this site are produced using AI generation tools and are disclosed as such in compliance with EU AI Act Article 50 and California SB 942, both operative August 2, 2026. Machine-readable disclosure is embedded in every artifact via C2PA Content Credentials. This disclosure is a foundational principle of SYNAMOTO — not a regulatory afterthought.
SYNAMOTO provides this site and its content as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content on this site. SYNAMOTO is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or its content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of synamoto.com shall be resolved in the courts of California.
SYNAMOTO may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
